Capital Laser Engineering (Private) Limited (CLE) was incorporated in October 2021 in preparation of the acquisition of the manufacturing and engineering divisions of Powerspeed Electrical Limited as going concerns.
The acquisition included all the Powerspeed Engineering existing brands namely Relmo, Airflo and Electrical Lighting Systems (ELS). CLE also took over all Powerspeed Engineering plant and manufacturing equipment together with the manufacturing Intellectual Property.
